Pricing

I understand that leaf cleanups are billed at $75 per labor hour. Our pricing reflects both the experience of our crew — who are trained in the most efficient methods for clearing leaves — and the high-level investment we've made in commercial-grade equipment that allows us to work quickly and effectively. Typical crew sizes and hourly rates are as follows: 2-person crew: $150/hour 4-person crew: $300/hour 6-person crew: $450/hour 8-person crew: $600/hour Each team starts a timer when work begins and stops it when the job is complete. Final cost depends on team size and total time on site. I agree to these terms.

Weekly – Great for properties with lots of trees or heavy leaf drop

Bi-weekly – A good balance for most properties

Monthly – For lighter leaf coverage or budget-conscious plans

As-needed – We’ll check in and schedule based on weather and leaf conditions

One final cleanup only – Just a single thorough cleanup toward the end of the season

I agree to leaf cleanup services at the address and frequency I’ve indicated. I agree to pay promptly after services are rendered. I understand that a late fee of $25 or 10% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) will apply to payments more than 14 days overdue. I understand that services may be canceled at any time by submitting a written request via email or text to (330) 524-1565. I understand that Vandergrift Lawn & Leaf Services may reschedule or delay services due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, and I will be notified if this occurs. I grant permission for crew members to access my property as needed to perform the work, including entering fenced yards or driveways. I understand that Vandergrift Lawn & Leaf Services is not responsible for damage to personal items left in the yard (such as hoses, toys, decorations, etc.). However, if any significant damage is caused as a direct result of our work and is clearly documented, we carry liability insurance and will do our best to make it right.
