Below is a signup form for raffle basket donations. This form helps us plan and allocate ample table space for all donated baskets, as well as any small print materials donors may wish to place near their baskets.
Raffle baskets play an important role in helping us raise additional funds during the Terry Vandergrift Memorial Golf Outing. We greatly appreciate the generosity of local businesses and community members who donate themed baskets or prize items for the event.
Proceeds from the raffle help increase the amount we are able to donate to local charities that support mental health and suicide awareness initiatives.
Raffle Basket Guidelines
To help create a strong raffle selection for participants, we kindly ask that donators try to adhere to the following guidelines:
• Minimum basket value: $50
• Have a common theme for your basket
• Include an estimated value so baskets of similar value can be grouped together
• If possible, include business cards or small print advertisements to be placed next to your basket during the raffle
Donor Recognition
Businesses donating raffle baskets are welcome to include business cards or small-to-medium format print advertisements to be displayed near their basket during the event.
Raffle basket donors will not be included on event shirts or printed promotional materials. However, your business or name will be recognized when the winning ticket is drawn, with the basket announced as:
"This basket was donated by ______."
