2025 Outing Summary

Our first Terry Vandergrift Memorial Golf Outing came together in just six weeks of planning due to limited venue availability. Even with the short timeline, the community response was incredible. The event welcomed over 90 golfers and 43 sponsors, raising more than $5,000 for local charities through golf registration and 50/50 ticket sales alone.

With more time to plan and additional fundraising elements like basket raffles, we are aiming to triple that impact with our 2026 Outing.


A Thank You From Chad

To everyone who attended, sponsored, volunteered, donated, or even simply shared 2025’s event — thank you. The support for the first Terry Vandergrift Memorial Golf Outing meant more to me than I can properly put into words.

What started with a short planning window quickly turned into something truly special because of the people who stepped up to help make it happen. Seeing the community come together to honor my dad while also supporting causes focused on mental health and suicide awareness was something I will never forget.

I also want to give a special thank you to Old Avalon Golf Course, Salvatore’s Italian Grill, and all of the individuals and businesses who sponsored the event. Their support helped make the outing possible and played a major role in the success of the day.
